SPEED & STRENGTH SESSIONS

Designed for players who want to take their game to the next level.

This high-energy training focuses on improving explosiveness, acceleration, agility, and overall strength to help you move faster, react quicker, and perform at your best.

HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER TRAINING

This program is built for athletes looking to stay consistent and continue improving throughout the off season.

This program focuses on overall development—combining technical work, physical preparation, and game understanding. With a balanced training environment and high-level sessions each week, athletes will build confidence, sharpen their skills, and stay ready to compete at the next level.

FMFooty Futures Program is designed to introduce young players ages 4–7 to the game in a fun, engaging, and development-focused environment. This program emphasizes confidence on the ball, coordination, and a love for the game while laying the foundation for future growth.

Players will participate in a 6-week season featuring one day of training and one day of matches each week, allowing them to apply what they learn in game-like settings. All sessions are held indoors at 11Pro Fitness, providing a consistent, high-energy training environment.

FMFooty Futures is the perfect entry point for young players to get quality touches, learn the basics, and be seen as they begin their soccer journey — all while following our philosophy of getting 1% better every day.
