Our training programs are focused on developing players in specific technical areas. Our goal is to help players improve their game through intense, challenging, and fun exercises that players will be able to replicate in the game.

BOYS ONLY TRAINING GROUP

6 sessions |June 18 - July 30 | Every Wednesday 6 - 7:30.

Boys only intense small group training. 1.5 hour session with intense technical work, game specific fitness, 1v1s, small sided play, and more! Take your game to the next level and take advantage of the offseason!! 

GIRLS ONLY TRAINING GROUP

ATTACKERS ONLY!!

Strikers, wingers, playmakers — this is your zone. This group is built for players who live to create, attack, and finish. Whether you're breaking lines, taking on defenders, or burying the ball in the back of the net, we’re here to sharpen your killer instinct.

What we train:


 1v1 attacking and creativity

 Finishing under pressure

 Explosive movement and change of pace

 Vision, timing, and decision-making in the final third

 Combination play and attacking patterns

Each session is fast, competitive, and focused on turning chances into goals. This is your space to get reps, refine your instincts, and level up your attacking game.

DEFENDERS ONLY!!

This one’s for the backline warriors. Whether you're a center back shutting down strikers or an outside back making overlapping runs and last-ditch tackles — this training group is built just for defenders.

We focus on the skills that matter most:


 1v1 defending and positioning

 Tactical awareness and decision-making

 Defensive shape and communication

 Aerial challenges and set-piece defending

 Footwork, strength, and quick recovery

Each session is intense, game-relevant, and designed to sharpen your edge as a defender. It’s not about glory — it’s about grit, discipline, and being the wall your team can count on.

GOALKEEPER TRAINING

HIGHSCHOOL TRAINING GROUP

This program is for players going into high school or already in high school.

Our high school training program is designed to prep you for your fall season — with technical drills, fitness test prep, small group work, & game-like touches. Our coaches will push you all summer long to be ready for your high school season!
