Youth Sports Performance Group Class

Classes run Monday, Wednesday, Friday all year long.
Classes will focus on building strength, explosive power, stamina / fitness, and injury prevention.
$150 Per Month.
GK Training Program

We're excited to announce our summer training program, designed specifically for goalkeepers like you! Join us for a full summer of training, where you'll learn new techniques, improve your reflexes, gain confidence in your abilities, and be a difference maker for your fall season!
Our expert coaches will guide you through a series of sessions, tailored to your age group and skill level.

High School Summer Training

This program is for players going into high school or already in high school.
Our high school training program is designed to prep you for your fall season — with technical drills, fitness test prep, small group work, & game-like touches. Our coaches will push you all summer long to be ready for your high school season!
